This is our health guarantee and why it is the way it is written.

we also follow all SC laws

We guarantee that the pup is to the best of our knowledge is in good health at the time of sale.

you must take the pup to a licensed veterinarian of your choice with in 1 business day.

Please make sure you can take your puppy into your vet for a puppy wellness check then next day BEFORE making an appointment for picking up your puppy.

 why?

so you can feel assured that you got a healthy pup.

why so soon?

because it is important. so that the veterinarian can help you keep the pup healthy and stress free from day one.

If the vet finds anything that  will cause the pup to  be unable to fulfill it life as a pet,

it will be returned for a exchanged for another puppy of equal value when available

or cash refund at our choice. We reserves the right to have a 2nd opinion by a vet of our choice.

Why?

We want you to have a good pet

Why we ask for it to be returned?

2  reasons. 1, the pet may need special care and as a breeder it is my responsibility to care for it.

2, I hate to have to say this but some try to hoodwink a breeder and get two pups for the price of

one. Any refund under any circumstances can be only for the purchase price or puppy equivalent.

No travel or veterinarian bills can be refunded.

Why?

because this isn't a money making hobby. When raising and breeding dogs RIGHT there is very very little, most often, no profit to be made.

A letter must be provided form the examining veterinarian with phone #  and clinic's permission must be give for our vet to talk with the examining vet.

Why?

so my vet can understand what is going on with the pup and talk with the examining vet if there is

any questions.

The puppy, the letter and the papers (signed) must to be returned to us immediately for the

guarantee to be valid.

Why?

so we can care for the pup. We don't expect you to care for a unhealthy pup that you did not breed.

It is our responsibility to care for it. and time can be at the utmost importance.

If the pup dies with in the 1 business day of receipt  there must be a necropsy done by a diagnostic  laboratory  at purchaser's cost and a copy of results sent to us. For our health guarantee to be valid

Why?

We want to know why the pup passed away!

A negligent cause on the part of the purchaser will not be considered for refund. If the cause was

poor health related, then refund or exchange of our choice, will be in order as well as an apology.

Why?

because if it isn't our fault we don't feel that it our responsibility to refund, and it shows that this

home isn't the best place for one of our pups. so we feel it would be irresponsible to send a

exchange puppy.

The buyer assumes all responsibility including medical expenses for the puppy when they take the puppy from us.

Why?

once the pup is out of our hands, we have no control or input on how the pup is treated.

Any evidence of abuse or neglect will void this contract

Why?

If the pup is ill treated we do not want another of our pups to end up there.

We can not guarantee size, color or ear set at time of maturity.

 Why?

because we are talking about genes and living things here. some that are small  as pups grow big

and some that are big as pups stop grown early and stay small. Small can produce big and big can produce small. Color can change shades, hues  and some can loose small marking of white. ears can do funny thing when teething and they may stay up , flop down or one of each.

there is no way to know what they really may do until 18 months or so.

If the buyer does not wish to carry this puppy to the veterinarian of their choice to be examined for their own protection the next business day, they are agreeing to take the puppy as is, at the time of the sell. with no guarantee whatsoever other than what is the law of SC.

 Why?

We have no control or input once the pup leaves us. and must trust that your vet  may catch something that may show up when the pup is under stress from the moving to a new home.

Sometime the stress of moving can be too much for a pup and a vet aid is needed. even life threatening if not caught and treated.

A puppy is a baby and needs to adjust to his new home at his/her pace. They need a quite place to

get use to you, your home and sounds. If a puppy becomes too stressed they can develop loose stools that may dehydrate them which could kill them.

Please understand these are living beings and must be kept fed. Do to their fast growth if they don't get enough their blood sugar can drop and they could die.

We use Victor hi-pro plus but some will not eat if stressed and must be bribed with taster tidbits. Roast chicken, tiny bit of beef, all meat baby food, scrambled eggs, tiny bits of cheese....

Please keep on hand

Nutria-cal paste

vanilla yogurt (full sugared)
