Puppy Payment
Puppy payment and balance can only be accepted in CASH Day of pick up. we want you to see and be happy with your puppy before you take custody of him or her.
Holding Fees
Due to individuals scheduling appointments and then not showing up, we can no longer reserve a puppy without a holding fee.
If the puppy is not "ready" yet
We require a $100.00 holding fee to reserve a puppy for up to 10 days after it is "ready" to go date
If the puppy is "Ready to go"
We require a $100.00 holding fee to reserve a puppy for up to 10 days from the date the holding fee is sent.
Extended holding fee is $10.00 per day, payable on the day of pick-up.
The fee is charged for the service of reserving a specific puppy, is non-refundable, except if the puppy becomes unsellable while in the breeder's care. This fee is not deducted from the final balance.
If the puppy is not picked up before or on the agreed-upon date, it will become available once more and may be placed with a different family.
The Holding Fee can be transferred to a different available puppy, but this is limited to one transfer per family.
If the puppy reaches the age at which it is legally eligible for rabies vaccination (over 12 weeks), a Travel and Rabies fee of $40.00 may be added to the balance due on the day of pickup if the vaccination has been administered.
Should the pickup date be set for after the "MUST have rabies" date, which is past the last day of the 14th week, the puppy will not be available for pickup until it has been vaccinated for rabies. Furthermore, on the day of pickup, a travel and gas fee of $40.00 will be applied to the final balance.
Please remember, the "Hold Fee" will be processed via PayPal only after you have received the "Holding Fee" contract by email.
We only accept the balance or puppy payment in CASH the day of pick up.
With your paperwork, you will receive a receipt, a written health guarantee, South Carolina state codes, a copy of the veterinary check, and a copy of the parents' DNA health test results.
