Puppy Payment 

Puppy payment and balance can only be accepted in CASH Day of pick up. we want you to see and be happy with your puppy before you take custody of him or her.

Deposits

Due to individuals scheduling appointments and then not 

showing up, we can no longer reserve a puppy without a deposit. 

If the puppy is not "ready" yet

A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve a puppy for up to 10 days past its "ready to go" (passed its vet check) date. This deposit qualifies to come off the total at pick up.

The extended holding fee is $10.00 per day, which is payable 

on the pick-up day. This fee does NOT qualify for a "pre-pick" discount.

This fee is charged for the service of extended holding  of a 

specific puppy and is non-refundable, except if the puppy become unsellable while in the breeder's care. 

This fee is to hold passed the ten days of the deposite.

If the puppy is not picked up before or on the agreed-upon date, 

it will become available once more and may be placed with a 

different family.

The deposit can be transferred to a different available puppy, but this is limited to one transfer per family.

If the puppy reaches the age at which it is legally eligible for 

rabies vaccination (over 12 weeks), a Travel and Rabies fee of $40.00 may be added to the balance due on the day of pickup if 

the vaccination has been administered.

Should the pickup date be set for after the "MUST have rabies" 

date, which is past the last day of the 16th week, the puppy will 

not be available for pickup until it has been vaccinated for rabies. Furthermore, on the day of pickup, a travel and gas fee of $40.00 will be applied to the final balance.

Please remember, the deposit can be processed via PayPal 

only after you have received the deposit contract by email.

We only accept the balance or puppy payment in cash at the time 

of pickup.
