Due to the economy and the fact this is not a money making endeavor. We
try and change the lest that we can yet still be able to continue We are now placing some pups
without papers at an even more reduced pet price.it is not free to register a litter with AKC (the only registry we use) once
the litter is registered with them the price will reflect that.
MAYBE KEEPING = IT MEANS THAT WE HAVEN'T YET
DECIDED IF WE SHOULD KEEP IT OURSELVES OR THAT IT IS TOO TINY TO LET GO AT THIS TIME. IT DOESN'T
ALWAYS MEAN THAT WE WILL END UP KEEPING IT. IT JUST MEAN NOT YET ARE WE SURE. IF YOU LIKE ONE THAT HAS MAYBE
KEEPING ON IT PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE CAN PUT YOU ON THE LIST FOR THAT PUP IN CASE WE DON'T END UP KEEP IT. BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND
THAT WE COULD VERY WELL KEEP IT. OR IN CASE OF TINYS THAT IT COULD TAKE MONTHS BEFORE IT IS READY TO GO.
ON HOLD =MEANS AN APPOINTMENT TO VEIW THE PUP HAS BEEN MADE. WHICH MEANS THE PUP MAY OR MAY NOT BE
AVAILABLE AFTER THE DATE OF VIEWING.
SELL PENDING =MEANS A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PROMISED BUT NOT RECEIVED AS OF YET. AFTER 7 DAYS IF THE DEPOSIT
HASN'T BE RECEIVED THE PUP WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN.
SPOKEN FOR= MEANS A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THE PUP IS NO LONG AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
FAMILY SIZED = MEANS LARGER SIZE. GOOD FOR FAMILY WITH KIND KIDS.
Please make sure you can take your puppy into your vet for a puppy wellness check then next day BEFORE making an appointment
for picking up your puppy.

Why get an older pup?
well for one, more often then not the older pups that
we offer are the top picks of a litter. The ones we have keep to grow up a little to see if they are what we want to show.
They also have gone though a bit more of puppy hood and shots are up to date. some are show trained, some full housebroken,
and are often less then a younger pup of the same pedigree.
Why are they available now?
There are many reasons for this.
1 We may already
have others that we want to show.
2 little things
like the teeth not meeting the way we want to see them (known as a bad bite) or the feet turn out a bit, or the tail
is set to low on the body, nose a little long or ears set to high on the head.
3 we many already
have a lot of the same family bloodline, example, siblings
AT TIMES WE HAVE ADULTS AVAILABLE FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. THESE ARE PLACED VERY CAREFULLY
ON SPAY OR NEUTER CONTRACTS ONLY !
